Directions
From Long Island (North Shore): Take the Long Island Expressway to the exit for 108th Street. Then proceed to the first turn (Waldron Street). Go one block to Saultell Avenue. Turn Right at Saultell. Go three blocks to 111th Street and proceed on 111th Street to Terrace on the Park.
From Long Island (South Shore): Use the Van Wyck Expressway and follow directions as in the directions from Brooklyn, as below.
By Train: Take the Long Island Railroad to the Woodside Station. Walk upstairs to the IRT FLushing Number 7 subway line going to Main Street, Flushing. Get off at 111th Street and walk to 52nd Avenue or get off at 103rd Street and take a bus, as below.
By Subway: From Grand Central Station or Times Square, take the Flushing IRT line Number 7 subway line going to Main Street, Flushing. Get off at 111th Street and walk to 52nd Avenue or get off at 103rd Street and take a bus as below.
Alternate Trains: On the Independent Subway Line, take the GG, the R, the E or the F to Roosevelt Avenue, Jackson Heights. Change to the Flushing line going to Main Street Flushing as described above. On the E or F line, get off at Continental Avenue, Forest Hills and take a bus as below.
By Bus: From 103rd Street, take the #23 bus getting off at 52nd Avenue. Walk left one block. From Continental Avenue, take the #23 bus (going toward LaGuardia Airport), get off at 53rd Avenue and walk right one block. From Grand Avenue, take the #58 Flushing Ridgewood Bus. Get off at 52nd Avenue and walk left one block.
From New Jersey: Take the George Washington Bridge to the Major Deegan Expressway, South. Cross the Triboro Bridge and proceed onto the Grand Central Parkway. Pass Shea Stadium. After 1/4 mile, exit at the Midtown Tunnel exit. Make a right turn at the first corner (Corona Avenue) and go one block to 111th Street. Turn right and proceed to Terrace on the Park.
From Connecticut or Westchester County: Take the Whitestone Bridge to Whitestone Expressway. Follow the signs to Grand Central Parkway to Eastern Long Island. Continue on Grand Central Parkway approximately 1 mile. Exit at the Midtown Tunnel exit. Make a right at the first corner (Corona Avenue) and go one block to 111th Street. Turn right and proceed to Terrace on the Park.
From New England: Take Route 95 South to the Whitestone Bridge. Follow directions for Connecticut or Westchester County, above.
From the Bronx: If you're using the Whitestone Bridge, use the directions from Connecticut, above. If you're using the Triboro Bridge, use the directions from New Jersey, above.
Throgs Neck Bridge: Proceed on the Clearview Expressway to the Long Island Expressway (westbound toward New York City) to the 108th Street exit. On the service road, bear right to for 108th Street. Immediately after exiting, make the first right onto Waldron Street. Go one block to Saultell Avenue. Turn right and proceed three blocks to 111th Street. Bear right and cross 111th Street into the parking lot.
From Brooklyn: Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway to the Long Island Expressway (Eastbound). Exit at 108th Street. Make a left on 108th Street under the viaduct. Go to 52nd Avenue. Turn right onto 52nd Avenue and go to 111th Street. Bear right and cross into the parking lot.
From LaGuardia Airport: Take a yellow cab to Terrace on the Park.
From JFK Airport: Take a yellow cab to Terrace on the Park.
From Newark Airport: Take a shuttle bus to the Satellite Airport center in NYC, to LaGuardia Airport or to JFK Airport and then take a yellow cab to Terrace on the Park. At the Satellite Airport center (42nd Street and Park Avenue), you can take a shuttle bus to LaGuardia and then take a yellow cab. Of course, you can also take a yellow cab directly to Terrace on the Park..
Note: Some of the hotels in the area may offer transportation to Terrace on the Park. We will check this out.
